Instructions
Making the Citrus Syrup: Put all the ingredients into a pot, bring to a light boil, stirring so the sugar melts. Then, remove from the burner and leave to reach room temperature fully. Decant into a sealable bottle, seal and store in the refrigerator, it can be stored for up to four weeks.
To make Batch Mix: Mix the specified liquids into one sizeable container, let it rest for an hour, then filter it preferably using cheesecloth, so it's completely strained.
For serving: Add 85ml of your premix into your cocktail shaker packed with ice, and agitate carefully for a minute to chill. Strain to a frosted cocktail glass or a similar vessel, top with a few cranberries and complete it using a brief mist of mandarin oil above the glass.
